11. REFUND POLICY:

i) BY CLICKING THE "TERMS AND CONDITIONS" CHECKBOX ON THE CHECKOUT PAGE, THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THIS REFUND POLICY, WHICH FORMS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE AGREEMENT (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE “CONTRACT”) BETWEEN THE CUSTOMER AND RIDLEY ACADEMY. THE CUSTOMER’S CONSENT TO THE CONTRACT INCLUDES THE ACCEPTANCE OF ALL PROVISIONS OF THE "TERMS AND CONDITIONS" AS OUTLINED HEREIN.

THIS REFUND POLICY IS SPECIFICALLY APPLICABLE TO THE PIANO MASTERCLASS 2025 COURSE, A DIGITAL, FULLY ONLINE PRODUCT, AND THE PURCHASE METHOD DOES NOT REQUIRE A PHYSICAL SIGNATURE TO BE LEGALLY VALID OR APPROVED BY THE CUSTOMER’S FINANCIAL INSTITUTION.

ii) ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND: TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND, THE CUSTOMER MUST COMPLETE THE PIANO MASTERCLASS 2025 COURSE IN ITS ENTIRETY (100%). DURING THE LIVE INTRODUCTORY CLASS, THE REFUND POLICY WILL BE PRESENTED AND EXPLAINED TO THE CUSTOMER. AS PART OF THE SERVICE, CUSTOMERS ARE ENTITLED TO RECEIVE ASSISTANCE WITH ANY COURSE-RELATED ISSUES. AN INSTRUCTOR IS AVAILABLE TO HELP STUDENTS AND CAN BE CONTACTED VIA EMAIL ([email protected]). ADDITIONALLY, SHOULD ANY TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES ARISE, SUPPORT SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE TO ASSIST ([email protected]).

ONCE THE CUSTOMER HAS COMPLETED THE PIANO MASTERCLASS 2025 COURSE, THE CUSTOMER MAY REQUEST A REFUND, PROVIDED THAT ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE MET. REFUND REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE COMPANY’S SUPPORT TEAM ([email protected]). EACH REFUND REQUEST WILL BE REVIEWED WITHIN 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS TO VERIFY THAT THE CRITERIA FOR ELIGIBILITY ARE FULFILLED. IF THE CUSTOMER COMPLIES WITH ALL CONDITIONS, THE REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED AND APPROVED.

iii) REFUND PROCESSING: ONCE A REFUND IS APPROVED, RIDLEY ACADEMY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS OR INVESTIGATIONS CARRIED OUT BY THE CUSTOMER’S FINANCIAL INSTITUTION. ONCE THE REFUND REQUEST HAS BEEN PROCESSED, THE SYSTEM CANNOT BE MODIFIED OR UPDATED. IF THE CUSTOMER HAS INITIATED A CHARGEBACK OR DISPUTE WITH THEIR BANK, THE BANK WILL ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR INVESTIGATING THE CUSTOMER’S CLAIM. IN SUCH INSTANCES, RIDLEY ACADEMY IS NOT LIABLE FOR DELAYS CAUSED BY THE CUSTOMER’S FINANCIAL INSTITUTION, AS IT IS BEYOND THE COMPANY’S CONTROL.

REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE ISSUED TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD USED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. IF THE CUSTOMER NO LONGER HAS ACCESS TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD, THE CUSTOMER IS REQUIRED TO CONTACT THEIR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. RIDLEY ACADEMY IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY COMPLICATIONS OR ISSUES ARISING BETWEEN THE CUSTOMER AND THEIR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION.

iv) THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSORS: THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSORS SUCH AS STRIPE, AUTHORIZE.NET, PAYPAL, AND AFFIRM HAVE THEIR OWN REFUND PROCESSING TIMELINES (E.G., 180 DAYS, 120 DAYS, ETC.). AS RIDLEY ACADEMY OFFERS A LIFETIME REFUND GUARANTEE, IF A REFUND REQUEST IS MADE AFTER THE THIRD-PARTY PROCESSOR'S DESIGNATED TIME FRAME, THE COMPANY MAY REQUEST PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM THE CUSTOMER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PHONE NUMBERS, ADDRESSES, BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS, AND EMAIL ADDRESSES ASSOCIATED WITH ZELLE OR PAYPAL, IN ORDER TO FACILITATE THE REFUND. THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES TO PROVIDE SUCH INFORMATION FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF REFUND PROCESSING. THIS INFORMATION WILL REMAIN CONFIDENTIAL.

RIDLEY ACADEMY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CURRENCY EXCHANGE FEES OR FLUCTUATIONS IN THE EXCHANGE RATE AT THE TIME OF THE ORIGINAL TRANSACTION. FURTHERMORE, THE COMPANY IS NOT ENTITLED TO RETAIN ANY PORTION OF THE REFUND AMOUNT. REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IN FULL, AND THE CUSTOMER WILL BE PROVIDED WITH EVIDENCE OF THE REFUND TRANSACTION.

v) PARTIAL REFUNDS: CUSTOMERS MAY REQUEST A PARTIAL REFUND (LESS THAN 100%) BASED ON THEIR USE OF THE SERVICE. FOR EXAMPLE, IF THE CUSTOMER WISHES TO RECEIVE 90% OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE DUE TO HAVING DERIVED BENEFITS FROM THE COURSE, THE CUSTOMER VOLUNTARILY AGREES TO ACCEPT THE REDUCED AMOUNT.

vi) LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: RIDLEY ACADEMY IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL DECISIONS MADE BY THE CUSTOMER DUE TO PERSONAL MISFORTUNES, ACCIDENTS, OR OTHER ISSUES UNRELATED TO THE COURSE. CUSTOMERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN FINANCIAL DECISIONS AND CIRCUMSTANCES.

vii) THIS REFUND POLICY IS DESIGNED TO ENSURE TRANSPARENCY AND FAIRNESS IN THE PROCESSING OF REFUNDS FOR THE PIANO MASTERCLASS 2025 COURSE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS SET FORTH IN THE "TERMS AND CONDITIONS." BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES UNDERSTANDING AND ACCEPTANCE OF THIS POLICY.
